Udacity Voice 2.0

GOAL: To differentiate Udacity’s EdTech learning platform from a “sea of sameness” among direct competitors, I dug into stakeholder requests to infuse marketing copy with a bolder and edgier brand voice.

PROJECT: I created a “customer spirit” as a creative guiding light and iterated on key before-and-after examples. I defined a strategic point of view along with a new voice and tone, and completed a training program to ensure cohesion and consistency among the copywriting team.


About Us

GOAL: To reposition a decade-old upskilling company in a new brand category by defining the concept of “talent transformation” for B2C and B2B customers.

PROJECT: I highlighted Udacity’s origin story and curated proof points from around the company to validate Udacity’s leadership in the EdTech market.

GOAL: To establish Udacity’s scholarship program as a pipeline for job-ready digital talent.

PROJECT: I established messaging pillars around addressing digital talent gaps and built a story the focused on ROI achieved by lowering recruitment costs and cultivating diversity,.
